They also make no effort to clean up pollution, as it has no effect on them. This race has proven to be transdimensional pilots who can move their ships from star to star, traveling faster than they normally would. It has been conclusively demonstrated that they are not the product of natural evolution. They are the result of profound and sophisticated genetic manipulation; they have been shaped by a bioscience that far surpasses that of any known race. While it is nearly impossible to determine what kind of creatures served as their base, or what race created them, we do know that several of their natural attributes have been extremely enhanced. Their reproduction rate, propensity for aggression, and intelligence have all been artificially increased. The Silicoids are considered repulsive by almost all other sentient species." |
